01

Selection: which problem comes first?

Start with the decision your visitor or team needs to make. Choose the product that addresses that decision, then compare its current demo with the scope you need.

WEAVIST SIGNAL

Choose SIGNAL to assess a public website and the questions buyers ask, then prioritize improvements for AI and search discovery. SIGNAL is live and public at signal.weavist.ai.

WEAVIST SPATIAL

Choose SPATIAL to help visitors explore a place and ask about its rooms, amenities, and services. The visitor tour is public, and operators manage content and enquiries in SPATIAL Admin (access code).

  • Name one primary audience, one workflow, and the next step you want to make easier.
  • Try the relevant example and list the parts your own use case needs.
  • Separate features you can evaluate now from dependencies on future development.

02

Onboarding: what should you prepare?

Prepare a small, representative set of information that your team can verify and maintain. Confirm who owns it and which material may be used before sharing access or assets.

WEAVIST SIGNAL

Prepare your public website URL, intended markets and languages, key buyer questions, and the pages to include or exclude. A public website assessment does not require you to email account passwords or private customer records.

WEAVIST SPATIAL

Prepare the spaces you want to show, available floorplans or panorama assets, room and service information, and questions visitors often ask. Identify the operator responsible for checking and updating that information.

  • Identify the authoritative source and the person responsible for each set of information.
  • Confirm permission to use assets and mark information that must remain private.
  • Bring representative questions and examples of the answers you expect.

03

Integration: where does the workflow connect?

Map the systems involved and the handoff between them. Agree which system holds the authoritative record, what access is needed, and what happens when information is missing or a connection fails.

WEAVIST SIGNAL

Do we need a CMS plugin or analytics access? Not for a first public-URL assessment. SIGNAL produces findings and priorities; your team applies changes in your existing CMS. It does not automatically publish changes. Private analytics access is optional and requires a separately agreed scope.

WEAVIST SPATIAL

Must we replace our booking system? No. A first project can focus on a tour and approved visitor information while existing systems remain authoritative. Live availability or booking actions require an actual API, permissions, confirmation, and failure handling to be implemented and tested before being offered.

  • List the systems, their owners, and the information or actions involved in each handoff.
  • Agree access permissions, review steps, and the boundary between viewing information and changing it.
  • Define a manual fallback and who handles failed or incomplete actions.

04

Cost: what belongs in the scope?

Compare a written scope with your evaluation needs. Ask what is included, what your team must prepare, and which work or third-party services would be priced separately.

WEAVIST SIGNAL

What makes an assessment larger? More websites, markets, languages, buyer questions, research, or repeat runs increase the scope. Start with one public website and a defined market and question set. Price assessment and implementation separately in a written scope; no fixed public price is currently published.

WEAVIST SPATIAL

Can we start with existing panoramas? Yes, if they are usable and cleared for publication; otherwise capture and asset preparation add work. Space count, languages, content updates, and support also affect scope. A one-space tour and answers can be scoped separately from live booking integrations. No fixed public price is currently published.

  • Separate initial preparation and implementation from recurring work or services.
  • List included deliverables, exclusions, and any third-party charges.
  • Agree how changes in scope affect the proposal, schedule, and acceptance criteria.

05

Acceptance: how will you judge the result?

Agree on a fixed set of questions and workflow checks before an evaluation. Record what passed, what needs correction, and what could not be verified so both teams can decide the next step.

WEAVIST SIGNAL

Check that findings point to supporting evidence, unavailable information remains identifiable, and recommendations lead to specific site changes. Readiness scores are diagnostic indicators; they do not guarantee search rankings, AI citations, or sales.

WEAVIST SPATIAL

Check the agreed tour paths and visitor questions against approved space information. In a guided operator evaluation, verify the scoped update or booking workflow, permissions, and handling of incomplete actions before relying on it operationally.

  • Use agreed questions, source information, and workflow scenarios with clear expected results.
  • Keep evidence for each result and mark unresolved or unverified items.
  • Assign an owner to corrections and agree which checks to repeat before proceeding.
